According to Weibo leaker Fixed Focus Digital, the upcoming iPhone 16 Plus model will be announced in new white and purple hues, with the remaining colors remaining the same as the previous version: black, blue, green, yellow, and pink.
On Weibo, Tipster Baby Baby Sauce claims to have obtained battery details for the iPhone 16 series. According to the tipster, the iPhone 16 will feature a 3,561mAh battery, up from the 3,349mAh unit in the iPhone 15 model. Similarly, the iPhone 16 Plus is rumored to have a smaller 4,006mAh battery compared to last year’s model, which had a 4,383mAh unit.

Apple’s next-generation iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will come with a whopping 8GB of RAM, which is more than the 6GB RAM of its predecessors, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus.
In a research report published by Haitong International Securities, technology analyst Jeff Pu reiterated his belief that all versions of the iPhone 16 will come with 8GB of RAM. Increasing the amount of RAM can improve your multitasking ability and the overall performance of your iPhone.
According to Pu, the iPhone 16 lineup is as follows:
iPhone16: 8GB
iPhone16 Plus: 8GB
iPhone16 Pro: 8GB
iPhone 16 Pro Max: 8GB
Furthermore, Pu predicts that the next iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will be equipped with Wi-Fi 6E, a cutting-edge technology that operates in the 6GHz band. This advanced Wi-Fi standard not only promotes faster wireless speeds, but also reduces signal interference when used with compatible routers.
It’s important to mention that in the previous iPhone 15 lineup, Wi-Fi 6E was only available on the Pro model.
