With this launch, Misfits Market and Up, Inc. continues its shared mission to reduce food waste while bringing high-quality, purpose-driven products to consumers. Refrained Supergrain+ emits 43% less per pound than traditional flour, making it a practical solution for brands looking to reduce scope 3 emissions while providing more sustainable options’ consumer demand without compromising taste, texture and performance.
Today, 52% of consumers report growing awareness of the environmental impacts that represent food options, looking for items that support a more sustainable food system.
