A woman who previously claimed that Jay Z had sexually assaulted her is heard in a new audio recording, denies that he had done something wrong.
The accuser’s bomb record talking to Jay-Z’s private investigator could be the main evidence of support in the rapper’s defamation lawsuit against a woman.
With the recording, ABC Newsa woman identified as Jane Doe told two private investigators that the rapper did it. do not have Attack her.
When one of the investigators asks, “He was just there, but he had nothing to do with sexual activity against you?” the woman responds, “Yes.”
The woman said on the recording of lawyer Tony Buzby, “He was the one who pushed me forward with Jay-Z.”
The investigator asks, “Buzbee Did?” and the woman responds, “Yes.”
In response to the audio release, Buzbee told the outlet:
Jay-Z’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, believes that “the tape speaks for itself.” It’s practically a lie, and the only reason why Mr. Carter is caught up in this is because she was pushed to involve him. ”
Buzbee also sent ABC News his own recording of a call with his client.
During his recording, Buzbee asked his client:
His client replied, “No… I’ve never said that.”
Buzbee continued.
His client repeated “No.”
Last month, the woman filed a voluntary dismissal of the lawsuit. There, he accused the legendary rapper of raping Sean “Diddy” Combs and the 13-year-old girlfriend in 2000.
With the declaration of oath, TMZshe explained that she dropped it because of “threatening from Jay-Z and fear of retaliation.”
In her declaration, the woman also said she felt “blackmail and terror” by investigators who claimed she had confronted her outside her home.
Spiro claimed that investigators had not threatened the woman, saying, “She met voluntarily and spoke to them, and she told her the truth about her.
According to Spiro, the lawsuit affected Jay Z and his family on Beyoncé. He said, “It’s hard to hear false lies about you and spreading across the internet and affecting your child. It’s tough for him. It’s tough for everyone. But what he’s doing is to prove he’s innocent. I hope today is the final chapter of it. And they’ll move on. That’s what Jay is doing.”
As for the reason Jay-Z is suing women, Spiro said, “The truth had to come out in full. This person cannot be allowed to hide from the reality that this is a false accusation.”
The woman denied Jay-Z’s claim of honor and loss.
