Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey Flood

May 31, X-user Follow Here’s one example of the problem: They posted two photos of water on board the ship and said it was causing a delay to the ride, with cast members wiping it off.

The boats are designed to carry a maximum of 16 guests. Cast Members will not overload the boats, but with 16 guests on board, water will gradually fill the front and sides of the boat.
Here’s a look at one of the boats with guests aboard.

Two of Fantasy Springs’ four rides are boat rides on actual water, but we haven’t heard of any issues with the Rapunzel Lantern Festival.
