Guardians of the Galaxy star Karen Gillan is proving what we all knew.
On Thursday, Gillan announced the birth of her first child with husband Nick Kocher.
Along with posting a series of photos of her bundle of joy, she wrote on Instagram: “Thank you for giving us Clementine 
in 2024. As you can see in the last slide, when I got pregnant in real life I shot a movie called “Kids,” so please try filming that Daniel Day-Lewis movie.”
In one photo, Karen gives a thumbs up while undergoing a C-section.
A few weeks ago, it was reported that Karen had welcomed a baby after she was spotted pushing a stroller in Los Angeles.
In September, Karen announced her pregnancy at the Toronto Film Festival, where she showed off her baby bump.
Alongside posting a photo of herself cradling her bum in a yellow bodycon dress on the red carpet, she wrote: Instagram“Coming Soon! ‘The Life of Chuck’ and ‘Untitled Baby.’
