Despite attempts to explain her condition, posture orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), the man chuckles her and accused her of forgerying her disorder. The video quickly spread across Tiktok, with millions of viewers expressing distrust and anger at the man’s competent behavior.
On April 24, 2025, Tiktok user Kirsten (@lil_tachy) posted a video titled “Screams to use a wheelchair.” The video begins when Kirsten notices the man approaching her car. She then rolled the window and asked if there was any problem. The video, recorded from the creator’s steering wheel, never showed the male identity, showing only his voice as he spoke.
“Yeah, sorry, but I realized I had a wheelchair. Why do I need a wheelchair?” the man asked. “You can clearly walk,” Kirsten explains that she has an autonomic nervous system disorder, but the man suddenly cuts off her and only hears the word “automatic.” “You have a car. Obviously, you have a car,” he said.
The creator then took a different approach and said he had orthostatic tachycardia syndrome in postural form. However, the man just got mad and accused Kirsten of smoking pot and “forgetting how to walk.”
After Kirsten explains, if she walks too long, she will faint and the man says “Yeah, right” and calls her a Faker. He then accusssssssssssssings “pretending that there are conditions just to get a disability,” and repeats that he disliked “your people.” When Kirsten watched the camera without believing, the video concluded with the man “I can’t stand you, a total faker.”

“I literally care about my business.”
This guy pulled out my camera and this guy pulled out my camera. “I’ve been in a pot for seven years now and most of the time I don’t need a wheelchair, but without it, it can’t be avoided.”
The creator went on to say that she’s not bothering anyone or using handicap spots. “Simply put, I don’t use a wheelchair unless I need it. I wasn’t in a handicap place.
@lil_tachy I pulled out my camera as I watched this guy put my wheelchair in the store and then put my wheelchair back into my car. I’ve been using a pot for seven years and most of the time I don’t need a wheelchair, but without it I might not be able to avoid it. I went through four months of flares where I couldn’t leave the house unless I was in a wheelchair. Simply put, I don’t use a wheelchair unless necessary. I was not in the handicap place. What is a pot?
According to Cleveland Clinic, Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (commonly known as POTS) is a condition that causes a variety of symptoms when lying down and then standing up when affected. These symptoms include faster heart rate, dizziness, and fatigue.
Although there is no treatment, some treatments and lifestyle changes can help manage pot symptoms, and syndromes can greatly hinder normal activities and daily tasks.
