A TikTok user is going viral after realizing a disturbing truth about her new tattoo. In the video, which had 6.6 million views as of Friday, Bri (@malkolm_makes_me_wetter) gives a look of regret before the camera pans to her new tattoo.
The tattoo itself was likely inspired by Lil Peep’s song “Star Shopping.” The tattoo features the lyrics, “Look at the sky tonight/Every star there’s a reason.” It’s worth noting that the lyrics tattooed on Bri are different from the lyrics in the song, but that’s not why Bri had a problem with the tattoo.
She revealed her problem in the video’s caption: “Now I know why my new tattoo looks weird. I asked my artist to pick a font for me and it’s RAE DUNN.”

Who is Rae Dunn?
Rae Dunn is a ceramicist whose work has been especially popular in stores like TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Marshalls. Her ceramic pieces are characterized by minimalist designs, slightly corny sentiments, and a distinctive block font designed to look like handwriting.
official Rae Dunn’s websiteRae Dunn’s work has been described as “deceptively simple,” but a viral TikTok from 2022 suggests there’s a darker side to the unassuming ceramics line: namely, the behavior of a group of devoted Rae Dunn fans who go by the nickname “Danners.”
In a TikTok that went viral in 2022, former TJ Maxx employee Hannah (@hannahghafary) explained that the Danners were “basically a group of out-of-control middle-aged women who ransacked TJ Maxx and Home Goods stores across the country, trying to steal all of their Rae Dunn merchandise.”
She explains that some Danners were so passionate about their products that they would resort to violence to get their hands on the beautiful pottery. So, needless to say, Bri is no Danner.
Meanwhile, viewers in the comments section found the incident very funny.
“That’s the font on a TJ Maxx mug,” one commenter said.
“This brings the Tumblr era to the galaxy,” another user added.
However, not everyone was negative, with one user declaring: “I don’t think she looks like Rae Dunn,” while another argued that she doesn’t mind either way.
“No I know it’s Rae Dunn but cute,” they wrote.
