The judge was expected to rule on Friday whether Lyle and Eric Menendez would be allowed to move forward in re-succession of the hearing.
The brothers were not present in person, but were sitting next to each other in blue jumpsuits on Zoom.
Many of their families attended the hearing, similar to Cooper Koch, who played Eric in “Monster: The Story of Lyle and Eric Menendez.”
“Extra” was with lawyer Mark Jelagos outside the court during a break, so he responded to a prosecutor who showed a photograph of the crime scene as his brother’s family was sitting in court at one point.
He said, “I believe there is a court rule about it. [it is] Not only is it inappropriate, it is generally a sanctionable act. ”
Geragos also said he did not expect the hearing to last that long, claiming “obviously they are trying to divert the entire hearing from what it is.”
kfi am Report Depending on the judge’s decision, the brothers were able to hold separate Res court hearings on April 17th and 18th.
If the judge opposes responsiveness, the brothers can still seek tolerance from California Governor Gavin Newsom.
