Virginia Giuffre, who publicly denounced Jeffrey Epstein for sex trafficking and fell into a private settlement with Prince Andrew in 2022 over allegations of sexual abuse, took her own life.
She was 41 years old.
TMZ Western Australian State Police reported that a local call at 9:50pm led them to an unresponsive woman at Neergabby’s home.
First aid failed and she was declared dead on the scene.
The investigation is ongoing, but police have pointed out that the situation appears to be simple.

Giuffle said she was only 16 years old when she was hired to work for Epstein. Epstein and Githlane Maxwell forced her to have sex with Epstein and others until she was able to escape in 2002.

Maxwell has sentenced to 20 years in prison for sex trafficking of children. Epstein, who died mysteriously in 2019 by suicide, was awaiting trial on charges of trafficking of his own child, under close supervision in a New York City prison.
After Maxwell was sentenced, Giuffre expressed hope, “Others will… be accountable. I believe they will.”
Giuffre has founded Speak Out, Act, and Recam (Soar), a nonprofit organization aimed at providing support to SA survivors.
