After 11 seasons of “90 Day Fiancée” and over 50 couples, the series has its first sloop!
Melvin Robert from “Extra” talked about the love triangle with his girlfriend along with Matt and Amani.
Amani said it was actually a good thing for their marriage, saying, “We fell in love with each other again because we think a new relationship would get us in the way and have a negative impact on the marriage, but that really wasn’t the case for us.”
Matt gathered together “by chance” and added, “Like most relationships, you stumble on them.”
Amani explained, “This happened because we’ve never been bothered before.”
They met anyone at a club in Mexico, and Amani said, “It was very comfortable that we spoke to her. We never put labels on it, we kept looking at each other, and I said, “Okay, I think this is happening. I think we’re slaves.”
Matt said of the challenge: “It’s really hard to keep up with a decade of relationships and marriage, but you know, but I’m just making it clear with her.
Married for 10 years, Matt and Amani are facing criticism from fans as they have children, but they talked about how they explain the situation to their children.
Matt said, “Our kids see love, they see care, our kids care about each other. That’s a big key to our relationship. Our daughter is our best friend.”
For those who don’t get it, Amani said, “It’s not for everyone. I think we need a certain level of emotional, mental maturity, etc.”
