Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series has been generating a lot of excitement ahead of its launch, with recent leaks indicating that a new “slim” model could be added to the lineup. The model aims to blend high-end performance with a more streamlined design and is expected to showcase a unique camera arrangement.

A previous report from well-known leaker Ice Universe suggests that this new variant will include an “ultra” camera, possibly with a 200MP primary sensor. However, no additional details regarding the camera system were provided by the sources.

A recent leak from X user @Saaaanjjjuuu reveals details about three sensors that could be found on the Galaxy S25 Slim.

The Galaxy S25 Slim is rumored to be equipped with a 200MP main camera that utilizes Samsung’s upcoming Isocell HP5 sensor. At 1/1.56 inch, this sensor is smaller than the 1/1.3 inch Isocell HP2 sensor found on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. This size reduction is in line with Samsung’s efforts towards a slimmer design, as it minimizes the protrusion of the camera module and may contribute to a thinner overall device profile.

In addition to the primary sensor, the slim model will be equipped with two 1/2.76-inch Isocell JN5 sensors with ultra-wide-angle and 3.5x telephoto capabilities. The telephoto lens is particularly noteworthy due to its higher resolution (50MP compared to the current 10MP). 3x telephoto), the zoom range has been slightly expanded.

With a resolution of 50MP, this telephoto configuration is expected to offer sharper digital zoom capabilities, similar to the 50MP 5x telephoto lens on the Galaxy S24 Ultra and the 6x telephoto lens on the Oppo Find X8 Pro.

Samsung’s innovative ALoP (Advanced Lens on Plastic) technology is said to play a key role in the slim model’s design. This advancement reduces the thickness of the camera assembly while maintaining optical performance.

Furthermore, based on the features introduced in the Galaxy S24 series, AI-driven enhancements are expected to improve sharpness and detail, especially in zoomed images.
