To help travelers prepare for travel during peak times, Etihad Airways has released an awareness video with tips on baggage policies and advice ahead of the holiday season.
In this video, Shaeb Alnajjar, General Manager of Etihad Hub Operations at Abu Dhabi Airport, advises on check-in options, baggage allowance and the benefits of online check-in.
He shared some tips like using self check-in when possible and suggested not packing more than 32kg of baggage regardless of ticket type.
Mr Shaeb said: “Etihad Airways is committed to providing unparalleled service to our guests and is continuously exploring all options to help our guests maximize their travel experience and reduce wait times. Arriving at the airport fully prepared is one of our main goals, so when making this video we considered the process before and after arriving at the airport.
