“The White Lotus” season 3 is once again obsessed with fans trying to grasp the hidden agenda of the crazy characters and whodunit.
So far, we’ve seen shocking nudes, brotherly love, Sam Rockwell’s crazy cameos and the wildest sex monologues in the world, and those vanishing hoodie poses moments!
“Extra” spoke with Emily Longeretta, editor of Variety’s Senior TV feature, about how the series is bringing back Water Cooler TV.
“Every week, the show is getting more and more exciting,” Emily said. “I think a lot of that was written by Mike White. The storyline continues to be rough.”
She added, “It’s getting back on TV that was scheduled… People are sharing memes on Sunday nights or Monday mornings.”
Longeretta said, “Everything that comes out of Parker Posey’s mouth can be on top of a t-shirt, and I want to buy all of these t-shirts!”
Then there is the ongoing mystery surrounding the devious Greg, the husband of the devious character Tanya, Jennifer Coolidge’s husband.
Emily said, “Greg’s storyline is one storyline that continues from past seasons. We don’t know what will happen. This is the joy of “white lotus.” ”
This Sunday, HBO and Max will be a little closer to finding the person who pulled the trigger from episode 1 regarding that floating corpse!
Longeretta says, “We usually send episodes in advance, but that’s not happening. That means something crazy is coming!”
