The day after his arrest, Sean “Diddy” Combs pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Combs appeared in federal court in New York on Tuesday and pleaded not guilty.
TMZ Reports He was subsequently denied bail and remains in custody.
During the court hearing, Combs’ lawyers asked for his release by offering $50 million bail.
According to court documents obtained by Extra, the $50 million would be secured through the sale of his Miami home, with his mother’s house also being used as collateral.
According to his lawyer, Diddy agreed to wear a GPS monitor and travel only between Miami and New York.
The federal indictment charges the music mogul with racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purposes of prostitution.

Combs’ lawyer, Mark Anifilo, denied the charges outside court on Tuesday.
Agnifilo stressed that he would “fight vigorously” and Combs said he would “of course plead not guilty.”
The lawyer continued, “He will fight this with all his energy and all his strength and he has the full confidence of his lawyers. We are hopeful that this will be a long battle with a good outcome for Mr. Combs.”
Meanwhile, the explosive 14-page document alleges that Combs “abuses, threatens and coerces women and others to fulfil his own sexual desires, protect his reputation and cover up his conduct.”
