For example, the R&D group used ChatGPT to solve math and coding problems, get debugging help, and create presentation scripts from outlines. It is also used by other staff members to brainstorm project ideas, draft legal documents such as company rules, and research technical issues.
Nigam claims that the technology roadmap his team developed with ChatGPT was critical to the product’s successful launch. In the past, developing a strategy took a lot of back-and-forth between colleagues and a lot of time. Instead, Nigam used his ChatGPT to provide all relevant data and tell the AI to graph the data and assign jobs accordingly.
