According to Constable Truman Fitzgerald, police said they saw three masked men enter the store at 10:30 a.m. on January 13 and smash a table holding an iPhone. said he knew about the crime.

The store was open at the time and there were customers inside, but fortunately no one was hurt.

The suspect was seen carrying an unspecified number of iPhones before fleeing in a dark-colored SUV.

No arrests have been made at this time.

BPD said the Huntsville Apple store was notified of the incident for safety reasons.

The police department added that Apple phones that weren’t purchased will stop working if taken out of the store.
