Lindsay Lohan, Kristin Chenoweth, and Ian Harding show off Netflix’s new holiday movie, “Our Little Secret.”
Extra’s Mona Kosar Abdi talked about holiday traditions with Lindsay, Christine and Ian to promote the film.
Lindsey is looking forward to celebrating the holidays with her first child, 1-year-old son Luai, with husband Vader Shammas.
She said: “Now that we have a son, we’re going to create new traditions. So maybe we’ll make something different that we made for him that he’ll like.” do not have.”
Ian added, “Same thing, because my son is a little over two now, so we’re trying to find a combination of what he did as a kid and what he’s attracted to. …So, are you going to build a Christmas fort or something where you can sleep in your room at night?”
“Our Little Secret” gave Lindsay the chance to reunite with her “Mean Girls” co-star Tim Meadows.
She said: “It seemed like yesterday. Tim is such an approachable person, such a kind, funny, warm and loving person that it felt like we were working together.”
Lindsay and Ian play embittered ex-lovers who discover their lovers are brothers and have to spend Christmas under the same roof. Christine plays the matriarch of a family that doesn’t use much sugar and spice.
Despite some tense scenes, Kristin raved about Lindsay, saying, “I just adore her.”
Kristin even felt the need to apologize to Lindsay after filming. “She would come up to me and say, ‘I want you to know that I didn’t mean it,'” Lindsey said. I was like, “Oh, yeah, I know.” ”
In addition to acting, Lindsay also worked as a producer, focusing on creating a “great environment” on set. She said: “It was a lot of fun because we were on the sound stage a lot. It’s great. It creates a whole different atmosphere in the structure of the organization and how you interact with people. It’s not just about eating together. , we had a separate truck come in for everyone and the crew… It becomes your little family, your little world.”
Lohan also teased her new film, Freaky Friday, starring Jamie Lee Curtis, saying, “This movie is really funny. This one has more heart, it has a lot more music, but it’s different. Everything’s bigger. And Joker gets even bigger. It’s really something. Me and Jamie really worked hard on it and I’m really proud of it.”
“Our Little Secret” will be available on Netflix on November 27th.
