Lady Gaga is back with her highly anticipated album, Mayhem.
Mona Kosar Abdi from “Extra” spoke with Gaga. Gaga has opened up about working with his fiancee, Michael Polanski. He has songwriting credits on seven tracks.
She said, “I love working with him. I love writing music at home with him. I love writing in the studio with him. I love inventing things together.”
Gaga noted that Michael is her “partner in every respect.”
She continued. “In any room, he holds me very high. People don’t know this, but I’m sure I’m the only woman in the room for most of my time because I was a teenager.
Gaga said, “He put his home studio in his office in our house. It was like Valentine’s Day. It was really sweet.”
When Mona said she wanted such love for everyone, Gaga commented, “I really hope that we can bottle it.”
Last month, Gaga and Bruno won a Grammy Award for duets, surpassing the Billboard Hot 100.
She recalls their best pop duo/group performance victory and states: It was all good, so I hugged it completely broken with tears. He seems to be my brother. I really care about him and only want the best for him. He is very talented. He seems to be an artist of one generation. ”
She continued, “We wanted to make a love song, and I think that’s the perfect thing for us to do together.
Gaga has many fans who love the new music video for “Abracadabra.”
Of the positive receptions for the music video, Gaga admitted: “I wasn’t ready for that. I was excited to see it, but I didn’t know.”
Gaga showed her love for the little monster, saying, “It seems we’re talking in a secret language, you know, and they all woke up, and it’s something so special. They made me feel like I really saw it.”
She replied when Mona told Gaga that she would make people feel like they were watching her music. That’s very important to me. I think the reason I became a performer was my love of music and performance, but why did I remain a performer was my love for people. ”
Gaga said, “The message of Abracadabra, this song was ultimately a record of bringing you back to test you.
She talked about tears of joy when she went to film a music video after putting up hard work in the rehearsal.
She commented: I want to make money. I want to win my spot to be here” and it felt really good. This is like one of the biggest emotions I’ve released this album. Because it’s the old-fashioned hard work. ”
“Mayhem” was her seventh studio album, and recalls how she approached it, saying, “Since the beginning of my career, I think I’ve felt pressured from the beginning of my career to constantly reinvent myself. I decided to enter this album with a lot of confidence, put my musicianship first, not thinking about anything else, not thinking about music.”
Lady Gaga has done a lot, including planning a wedding to Coachella and Michael next month!
She teased Coachella’s return. “I didn’t have much time to plan for Coachella at the end. It was thrown very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, now I have a lot of plans.
When asked if the wedding planning was another creative outlet, she replied, “It’s completely different. It’s like a sacred space of its own. It’s not business.” She added, “I shouldn’t say it that way. My job is not business either. It’s like a labor of love.”
