Actress Kristin Scott Thomas reveals a big secret!
When I appeared on “Lucy’s table 4” broke the news about Christine’s secret marriage to Ruth Rogers’ friend and Bloomberg editor-in-chief John Micklethwait.
Ruth introduced Christine and said: “Christine married my editor and friend John Micklethwait a few weeks ago and is immersed in love and joy.”
Later in the conversation, Kristin mentioned her wedding while promoting her show “Slow Horses.” She commented: “And that’s the kind of work this is: The same people are behind the camera for four years…so much life happens in those four years. People die, people are born, people get divorced, People got married, and we had two weddings this year. [Lowden]’s wedding [to Saoirse Ronan]my wedding. ”
Thomas revealed that the wedding took place in Rutland, England, where John’s family lives.
Christine also revealed the sentimental wedding gift she received from her sister.
She said: “For my wedding present, my sister collected all the family recipes my mother had collected from her great-grandmother in Scotland to other great-grandmothers, from all over the world, and scanned them all into a book. They took pictures and gave us all books.”
Last month, rumors circulated that Kristin and John were getting married in September.

Over the years, Christine has chosen a private approach to her relationship with John.
When asked about her boyfriend in the Financial Times last year, she said: I’m talking about me. ”
Thomas was last married to French obstetrician François Olivenne, but they divorced in 2005 after 18 years of marriage.
