Perhaps its best feature is the ability to raise and lower the hammock with multiple hook positions. I have bad knees so I like to get into the hammock from a high position…no problem. My kids like a lower position where they can reach the ground and swing in the hammock…no problem.
It’s perfect as a traditional hammock to lie down in, and also doubles as a “swing” to sit on, and has enough fabric to cover you up when it’s cold or you want to block out the light and bugs.
I’ve left it out in the rain a few times, but it dries fine. It hasn’t faded in the sun, gotten moldy, or had any funny smells.
