How do I submit a statement for the record?
Any individual or organization wishing to express an opinion for inclusion in the public hearing record must submit a single-spaced statement not to exceed 10 pages in length in a Word document. Other file types cannot be included. The title and date of the hearing and the name and address of the person or organization must appear on the first page of the statement. Statements must be received within two weeks of the hearing.
