Not only did the Eagles suffer a dramatic 28-14 loss to the Giants in New York in Week 18, but Philadelphia also lost star wide receiver AJ Brown to a knee injury. Last Sunday, the Eagles had a chance to win the NFC East with a win over the Giants and the Dallas Cowboys’ loss to the Washington Commanders.
Instead, Philadelphia lost and Dallas won. As a result, the Eagles will travel to Tampa Bay to face the 9-8 Bucks, three-time NFC South champions. And that The Eagles will do so without Brown, Who has been officially excluded from the wild card game, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

AJ Brown isn’t the only injured Eagles star.
Eagles wide receiver AJ Brown isn’t the only Philadelphia star injured. Quarterback Jalen Hurts dislocated his throwing middle finger last Sunday against the New York Giants. Wide receiver DeVonta Smith missed last week’s game with an ankle injury, and running back D’Andre Swift missed the game against the Giants due to illness.
Starting guard Cam Jurgens also suffered an eye injury against the Giants, and safety Reed Blankenship also suffered a groin injury. To make matters worse, starting rookie safety Sidney Brown tore his ACL and missed the game against the Bucks.
Brown apparently takes his injury situation pretty seriously.on friday He deleted all mentions and mentions of the Eagles on his Instagram account and also deleted his X (formerly known as Twitter) account.
That’s not much of a distraction considering the fact that he didn’t play in the wild card game, but what does it say about Brown’s long-term prospects with the Eagles? Is he upset that he had to play in Week 18, or is he just upset about the fact that he got hurt against the Giants?
