Cassie Ventura was spotted out in New York City on Wednesday night, marking her first public appearance since her ex-husband Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest on Monday.
Paparazzi bombarded the singer with questions such as, “What do you think about all the allegations surrounding Diddy right now?” but she did not respond.
Cathy, wearing a black T-shirt, black pants and a black bucket hat, was smiling as she walked alongside another woman.
They were just six miles from where Didi was detained after a judge branded him a “dangerous person.”
Ventura filed a lawsuit against Diddy in November but settled the matter, after which CNN released a shockingly brutal video of Combs assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway in May.
He called his actions “unforgivable” and issued a public apology.
Will Didi’s Chief of Staff, known as “Ghislaine Maxwell,” become a key witness for the prosecution?

Didi was arrested on Monday on charges of extortion, conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. Didi pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday.
In court this week, prosecutors argued they believe Combs was trying to escape a “freak-off” in which he forced the victim to engage in sex acts with a male prostitute when he attacked Ventura in a hotel hallway.
Prosecutors added that a few days after the assault, Didi texted Cassie saying, “The cops are here. I have six kids. Are you going to leave me all alone?” Cassie reportedly replied, “You’re crazy to think you can get away with what you did. I still have bad bruises.”
After the video was released, Cassie posted on Instagram, “Thank you for all the love and support I’ve received from family, friends, strangers and people I’ve yet to meet. The outpouring of love has helped create a place of calm and safety for a young me, but this is just the beginning. Domestic violence is the problem. It has broken me down into someone I never imagined I could become. I have worked hard to improve but healing from the past will be a constant process.”
The singer continued, “I want to thank everyone for taking the time to take this issue seriously. All I ask is that you all open your hearts to believe victims for the first time. It takes a lot of courage to speak the truth from a place of helplessness.”
