Democrats have tried every strategy to ensure Donald Trump doesn’t become president again, including inspections of Congress, blast each, resilience, smear campaigns, weaponizing the criminal justice system, and even disqualifying votes. However, on November 5th, the Americans spoke loudly and clearly. It was enough and enough. Trump won seven battlefields and popularity votes. There has been no feat that Republicans have achieved since President George W. Bush more than 20 years ago.
On his first day in office, President Trump took bold steps to fulfill his campaign promises and correct the mistakes of the last administration. He declared a state of emergency at the southern border and soon launched a massive deportation campaign to eliminate terrorists and other dangerous criminals who had free passes to enter the country under Joe Biden’s clock.
No American would want to live next to terrorists and violent criminals. That’s not worth debate. Still, everything Trump does – the radical left wing, has problems with it.
Trump support legislation to raise federal judges
Thankfully, the Supreme Court began pushing back. Earlier this week, the court reaffirmed the president’s powers to enforce alien enemy laws and rejected yet another attempt by a lower court to tie the hands of administrative agencies.
Since Trump took office, district court activist judges have actively blocked his enforcement actions and issued national injunctions at unprecedented speeds. In fact, in the first nine weeks of his presidency, the district court issued more national injunctions than Joe Biden’s presidency and Barack Obama’s term of office more than four years.
In 2025, unelected district judges stepped beyond their boundaries and inserted when they lacked position or subject expertise. More concerning, their rulings had serious national security consequences, including Justice Boasberg’s attempt to delay the deportation of dangerous gang members. For parties who claim to be defenders of democracy, the fact that unelected lower court judges can oversee commanders should bother all Americans.
Simply put, injunctions and temporary restraint orders have been weaponized against administrative agencies. Currently, 677 unelected district court judges hold the same functional veto as the president. This is the man who has won 77.3 million votes nationwide. Make this logical.

The No Rogue rule law should be a priority for both sides of the aisle. Let’s be clear. The bill does not strip judges of their ability to decide on cases or interfere with the Supreme Court’s authority as the highest jurisdiction. The bill ensures that judicial decisions apply only to the specific cases at hand, and prevents one judge from impose a national injunction that is far beyond the scope of jurisdiction.
President Trump is doing everything he can to bring his promises to Americans, but his time in office is limited.

By supporting the No Rogue rule law, an elected president is guaranteed that, rather than an unelected judge, Americans can implement the policies they voted to bring about the urgent change that the country needs. Not acting every day is another opportunity for fraudulent judges to undermine the safety of 330 million Americans. The problem is simple. Will we be governed by the Constitution and the president we elected, or did the 677 judicial monarchs vote for no one?
