So much for the happiest place on earth.
A brawl broke out at Walt Disney World on Monday after one family asked another to move to pose for a picture in front of the park’s 100th anniversary sign.
The shocking video, shot from inside the park, shows the group throwing punches at each other in front of a sign and a man falling to the ground as Disney employees call out for support. .
The video shows the family members yelling and cursing at each other until workers and security arrived and divided them, with the man on the floor having difficulty getting up and choosing to remain seated.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said at least one person received medical attention after the fight but declined to press charges.
Police said the commotion broke out at 2:30 p.m. when one family member punched another in the face after being asked to move.
Walt Disney World Resort did not immediately respond to the newspaper’s request for comment.
It’s not all that uncommon for brawls to break out in the Magic Kingdom.
Disney issued warnings for unruly behavior at its theme parks in Florida and California at the end of 2022 after rising violence.
Last July, the family had a violent altercation outside Mickey’s Philharmagic Theatre, erupting in a massive brawl involving at least 10 people.
Two people were arrested and several were barred from entering Disney parks in the incident.
