President Joe Biden made a surprise video appearance during a monologue from Aubrey Plaza, who hosted for the first time on Saturday Night Live.
The “White Lotus” star, who hails from the same Delaware state as Biden, joked that he defeated the president and was named the most famous person in the state.
“It was true and he was angry. He was furious,” Plaza said.
Biden later appeared in the video and said, “Aubrey, you are the most famous person in Delaware and there is no doubt about it. Thank you for making it out of ‘White Lotus’.” I will,” he said.
Many viewers took to Twitter to question whether the president’s appearance was real or whether the video was generated by AIbut Biden shared Clip from his Twitter account Sunday afternoon.
Despite Biden’s willingness to participate in Delaware’s banter, cast members spared no punches, teasing him for working with classified material later in the show.
