Zoho Corporation has launched Projects Plus, a new AI-powered project management platform designed to enhance efficiency and collaboration for medium-sized and enterprise organizations. The platform will include four major Zoho applications (projects, work drives, analytics, and sprints) that will leverage data-driven insights, streamline workflows, and foster real-time collaboration.
The implementation of the project was followed by a significant growth in the Zoho project, with revenues increased by 20% year-on-year in 2024. Additionally, the company reported a three-fold increase in user migration from third-party project management tools.
“Like many of our enterprise solutions, Zoho Projects Plus was developed to meet the needs customers are demonstrating within their software suite, particularly between Zoho Projects and Zoho Analytics.” “Projects Plus integrates the latest AI-driven tools, data-first analytics and privacy-focused protections to software that predicts the evolving needs of international enterprise organizations,” said Jones.
Comprehensive AI and Data-Driven Management
Zoho Projects Plus introduces a data-centric approach to project management by integrating AI-powered tools that enhance decision-making. The platform’s predictive analytics feature uses historical data to predict risks, estimate timelines, predict resource needs, and enable project planning for projects.
Other important features include:
- Progress Tracking and Bottleneck Analysis – Real-time dashboards replace static tools such as Gantt charts and provide insights into the latest project status.
- Quality Control Analysis – Automatic analysis allows deliverables to meet predefined criteria throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Advanced AI Automation – Zia, Zoho’s AI assistant, enhances resource allocation, streamlines workflows, and enables smarter project predictions.
Industry recruitment and business impact
Early adopters of Zoho Projects Plus report increased efficiency and visibility across the team. Steve Wooster, vice president of operations at Virtuoso, highlighted the platform’s impact on project coordination across the enterprise.
“By leveraging Zoho projects across the enterprise, we have improved visibility, improved communication and coordination between departments, and ultimately more successful project delivery,” says Wooster. “Currently, projects and positives make their capabilities easier to use and increase. By connecting projects directly between Zoho projects, sprints and analytics, we reduce friction by allowing teams to maintain a completely transparent view of their company priorities and the ability to customize data usage by departments.”
Dave Smith, founder and principal analyst of Inflow Analysis, highlights the role of AI in redefining project management.
“With Zoho Projects Plus, organizations can embrace the future where project management not only tracks deadlines, but leverages AI, automation, and unified workspaces to predict, optimize and transform results,” says Smith. “By integrating a powerful layer of data analytics with hybrid project management, collaboration management, and context-embedded AI in all applications, Zoho is driving support for middle market and enterprise companies by redefineing how teams redefine how they run seamlessly and intelligently.”
Pricing and availability
Zoho Projects Plus is now available worldwide. In the US, the platform price is $16 per month, 27% less than the total cost of purchasing projects, sprints, WorkDrives and analytics. Regional pricing details can be found at Zoho’s official website.
As Zoho continues to expand its enterprise offering, Project Plus is a key step in delivering scalable, AI-enhanced project management solutions for businesses across a variety of industries.
