On Tuesday night, Zendaya served as Vera Wang’s fashion ace at the LA premiere of Challengers.
Extra’s Megan Wright spoke with Zendaya about the film’s sports elements and passionate love scenes, and how there were moments when she felt unsure.
She said, “I think you feel that way with any job, and I think that’s the good part, a little bit. In your mind, you’re thinking, ‘Can I really do this? Can I accomplish this?’ “Yo,” he commented.
In the movie, Zendaya plays a tennis prodigy turned coach.
“On this press tour, we talked a lot with the boys about this, like the feeling of impostor syndrome: ‘Am I good at this? Do I know what I’m doing? ?” Zendaya explained.
Zendaya raved about her co-stars Josh O’Connor and Mike Feist, saying, “They’re so talented, so kind, and they make it such a great place to go to work every day.”
Z, who will co-host the Met Gala alongside other stars including Jennifer Lopez, also revealed her favorite iconic J.Lo fashion moment.
“The one that always comes to mind is, obviously, the iconic deep-V Versace,” Zendaya said, referring to J. Lo’s plunging green dress worn at the 2000 Grammy Awards. .
