Some people travel to relax. Some people travel to visit new places and explore the world. It turns out that an increasing number of travelers are also embarking on journeys to become more comfortable with themselves as sexual beings.
In other words, more people are traveling to get better at sex.
Industry insiders are calling this new trend “sexual wellness,” and they say it’s making a big splash among open-minded travelers.
Several hotels and resorts across the country have launched promotions and packages that cater to this group of sexually motivated travelers. Internationally, independent travel companies are also launching special holiday programs aimed at helping travelers reconnect with their sexual selves.
Last year, the Global Wellness Institute announced that Global Wellness Tourism $1.4 trillion industry And sexual wellness programs are gaining traction.

She said many people are stressed with work and raising children and are stuck in a rut, unable to connect with each other with the same level of intimacy they used to.
Making time and space to reconnect can have huge benefits, she noted.
“Many couples struggle with their sex lives because the demands of work and childcare put their nervous systems in fight-or-flight mode,” says Weiss, who is also a sexologist. BedBible.com. “Vacations are a great way to reconnect sexually.”

Rivers said the class will foster communication and provide “students” with skills they can practice in a hotel room or their own bedroom.
Another co-ed class teaches participants how to better connect with themselves, while a women-only class delves into how the female body handles spontaneous and reactive desires. All group classes are her $125 per person.

Sexual Wellness Programs are subject to unforeseen changes; Additionally, the subject matter is highly sensitive, so it can be difficult to find detailed information about a product online.
Weiss says the best way to evaluate a program is to contact the property directly and ask for a complete overview of what’s included. In many cases, you will need to contact the spa if the front desk cannot provide more information.
Weiss added that once travelers book a sexual wellness trip, it’s important to be proactive and not hold back.
“You can go to a great resort with a great sex package, but if you’re not proactive about connecting with your partner, [or yourself], you’re not going to get much out of it,” she said. “Let’s act openly” [new] thing.
