Women have come a long way in the industry, including the seven elected presidents of the NAR, but the facts remain cool.
According to the NAR, only 36.7% of commercial agents are women, women occupy more leadership roles (in real estate) than men, and women’s remuneration is on par with men, whether in commissions or salaries. not.

This information is usually readily available online through the About Me section. Before going to a store, even if it’s a new bakery or coffee shop, I actively seek out shops run by women.
