On May 12th, Sean “Diddy” Combs endures a trial in New York.
TMZ’s Harvey Levin delves into this case in his new Tubi documentary, “TMZ Presents: The Downfall of His Defense in The Diddy.”
In the document, they lay out what Diddy’s defense is, deliberate on the case, and even gather mock ju umpires to make a verdict.
“Extra,” Billy Bush spoke to Harvey. “Everyone thinks it’s a slam dunk for a prosecutor. That’s not the case,” Harvey said.
Levin revealed what issues are happening in the Mock Ju Court.
He said, “They have issues with consent, they have issues with assault, which requires a show of profits, and they say, ‘How did he benefit from these three paths?”
The incident isn’t just about sex and money, Levin emphasized that “it’s a “racial issue.”
Can Didi get a fair trial?
Levin commented. “Almost everyone has an opinion on this incident. Defense is people who can change their opinions and it’s not just asking someone because everyone is lying because they say yes.
