According to NBC exit poll“Mr. Trump won more voters under 30 than any Republican presidential candidate since 2008.”

Associated Press say“Voters under 30 make up a small portion of the total electorate, but about half of them supported Harris. By comparison, in 2020, about 6 in 10 supported Biden. Just over 4 in 10 young voters supported Trump in 2020.

In Texas alone, they say“In 2020, only 35% of voters between the ages of 18 and 29 voted for Trump. This year, that rose to 51%.”

Changes in voting patterns from 2020 to 2024 have begun to be debated online, much of it centered around the typical Gen Z vs. Millennial debate.

What’s surprising is that millennials are the only ones who have learned how to use computers, and we are apparently the only ones who have learned to spot disinformation on those same computers.

Literally everyone, both younger and older than us, is like a native with a new disease. https://t.co/bfPbhqFZCH

Gen Z discovered the internet: “Adolf Hitler was the biggest liar in human history, and he only loved his country and tried to warn us.”
