In partnership with Caesars Entertainment, Martha Stewart’s restaurant, The Bedford, will open in August 2022. Here is a recreation of Stewart’s 1925 farmhouse in Bedford, New York. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients are served against a backdrop of neutral décor reminiscent of Stewart’s Bedford home.
This restaurant invites you to relax and dine like a local while traveling or exploring the hustle and bustle of the Strip.
The menu includes a loving homage to Big Martha
The space is an equally dramatic and immersive experience through the use of floor-to-ceiling backlit imagery (called Duratrans) of her Bedford estate, including her famous Friesian horses. I’m here. In essence, guests who dine in the restaurant’s Brown Her Dining Room enjoy the exact same views they would experience at Stewart’s home. Continue this with hearty pierogi stuffed with potatoes and browned butter.
In fact, pierogi are one of the most beloved recipes on Stewart’s menu, inherited from his mother, Big Martha. “My mother made great pierogi,” Stewart explained, boasting that she once ate 21 of her mother’s pierogi.
“My mother was a normal, very cool and sincere cook, so she was loved.”
This simple dish also pays tribute to Stewart’s Polish heritage and is served with plain or golden Ossetra caviar and sour cream.
Don’t Miss JuneBug’s Garden’s Flatbreads

One of the appetizers, however, is a delicacy that draws gourmands’ praise: the homemade bread basket. Hearty, shareable appetizers include Parker House rolls and sour cherry rosemary focaccia. Among the many appetizers, the Junebug’s Garden Flatbread stands out. The chef’s eye is drawn to a light, elegant bread beautifully plated with thinly sliced zucchini, onions and tomatoes.
“I think visitors will be fascinated by what we’ve come up with,” says Stewart. “These are the same dishes I serve at home to my family and friends.”
The restaurant is a replica of Stewart’s Bedford Farmhouse
Stewart’s restaurant design enhances the culinary experience by recreating the décor of a Bedford farmhouse. The 194-seat venue offers an inviting open floor plan. Located on Le Boulevard in a bustling central location near the Caesars Paris Las Vegas Casino.
“I’ve been coming to Las Vegas for a very long time,” explains Stewart. “In fact, when the Bellagio was first built, I decorated the Bellagio. I have been here for a long time.”
This time, the crafty mogul incorporates Martha Stewart’s Martha Collection in many design and functional elements, including the copper pots that line Serverley’s white marble countertops. Naturally, the level of detail required to recreate the feel of his Bedford home is ambitious.
Even the paint has a Bedford theme
“Las Vegas is a master of creation and re-creation,” says Stewart. “So it couldn’t have been a better place.
Stewart is excited about the effort, saying details like Hepple-White sideboards, dining room tables and chairs, and Bedford Gray wall paint are nearly identical to her 1925 farmhouse. “I’ve worked on that farm for a long time,” she says. “And we thought what a great subject for a restaurant like this.”
view from brown dining room
The icing on the cake is undoubtedly the Brown Dining Room, named after Stewart’s equivalent of a farmhouse. Guests are most immersed in their experience here, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and seamless views of her farmland, beautiful white spruce and Friesian horses. Created from real photographs, Duratrans fills every windowpane with an idyllic sunlit landscape. You can enjoy the outdoor atmosphere overlooking Stewart’s pasture, separated by an antique wooden fence found in Toronto.
Enjoy dinner with a cocktail
Stewart explains that the fresh outdoor theme lends itself to lingering visits. “Some people just come for a drink, which is very nice, but then they [can’t resist] Eat dinner and stay for a while with another drink. ”
Cocktails at The Bedford by Martha Stewart feature vibrant ingredients, including fresh lemon and lime juice. Stewart puts her own criteria succinctly: “I’m obsessed with sake and liqueurs. It has to be the best,” she says. No wonder there are rules.
“Lemon Drop is a delicious daytime cocktail,” she says, and it’s one of the most popular cocktails, along with the Frozen Pomegranate Marsalita and Marsatini, which feature Jubroka, her favorite Polish bison grass vodka. It’s not just her freshly crafted cocktails that guests rave about. Stewart says the sleek metal picks used to garnish the restaurant’s cocktails are a little too popular.
“We have nice picks, but they’re not meant to be taken,” she laughs. “We lose too many things in a day.”
The Bedford by Martha Stewart is open seven days a week. Definitely a good choice if you’re visiting for majestic views of her horse, Big Her Martha’s pierogi, or craft cocktails.
