“This is my first time buying a Dyson. I have to say I love this product. After reading some reviews, I wasn’t sure if I should buy this product or not. I tried it and found out for myself I decided to see it for myself and I’m glad I did. If you want a heater/fan that not only has quality features but also looks good, it’s worth the price. I like my electronics to blend into the atmosphere of my home rather than hurt my eyes. It arrived very quickly and the design was beautiful. Easy to set up and use. The double function of heater and fan is of high quality. I mainly use this to keep my bedroom and plants warm in the winter. Even with the higher settings, you can still hear the sound, but it’s not outrageous. This is a fan, not an air conditioner. For me and the area I live in, this fan is useful. It creates a comfortable cool feeling. I bought this for my bedroom, which faces southeast and is cold even in the summer. The heater warms the room quickly. I’m moving into the basement soon, so I’m going to see how this heater fares with that setup, but I’m sure it’ll be fine. The transition from high temperature to low temperature occurs smoothly. “I bought this model for my master bedroom in 2017. I was looking for a high quality fan that would heat the room without adding to my electricity bill. I decided to buy one. Our master bedroom is directly above the garage and it gets a little cooler than the rest of the house during the winter, so I figured out how to use the heat after hooking up the AM09. I had no problems with it. The cooling fan button on the remote control is blue, and the heating fan button is red. There is a temperature display on the front, which is brightly lit and easy to read during the day or in the dark. The great thing about this fan is that it generates heat for a while and then shuts off, so it doesn’t turn on continuously. , the fan will continue to run at the lowest speed setting, producing very little breeze. When the heat starts again, the fan speed will increase to the level you set. This fan is very quiet. If you don’t like noisy fans, you may want to consider this.This fan is not designed for large master bedrooms.It takes a while to heat the room to 70 degrees. Our master is 16X18. We have spent 3 winters with this model. There were no problems at the time of reporting. Also, unlike some cheaper heaters/fans, the housing surrounding the heating element will not warp or be damaged. Unlike heaters and fans made by other companies, the housing does not get hot during heating. So I just bought another AM09 for my daughter a few weeks ago. She loves it and so do we. “I have three of these in my house. They’re pretty quiet. They help keep my gas/electric bills down. Use a cooling fan during the summer when you work or sit somewhere where you don’t turn on the air conditioner. In the winter, I use it in my bedroom with the door slightly open to keep the room warm. The rest of the house may be cold. The machine has an automatic temperature function, which automatically turns off and turns on when the set temperature is reached. I prefer this model without the air purifier. “I’ve noticed that my current roommate keeps the temperature a little outside of my ideal temperature (sometimes a little too cold or a little too hot for me). The Dyson fan heater solves that problem. Easy fix! When the room gets cold at night, I just turn it on and within minutes the whole room is warm again. Likewise, the fan part works as expected and the temperature is 110 degrees. The different settings on the timer, and the diffused cooling/heating and direct cooling/heating, work better than I expected. Just sitting there like a fan feels so good. Sometimes you want to cool or heat an entire room as quickly as possible, and these features are very useful for that. The big question is why this product is worth paying such a price premium compared to electric fans and space heaters. First of all, it’s the size. This unit is very small for what it can output. It also does both heating and cooling, so you don’t have to have two products. Plus, Dyson is safe. Looking at all the fires caused by space heaters, I feel much more comfortable using this unit, especially since Dyson is such a reliable/reliable brand. If you have small children, the lack of a blade is also a big advantage. Lastly, and perhaps the most shallow, this unit is beautiful to have on your counter/desk/stand. It has an almost futuristic look and I’ve been asked several times what it is. I was really worried that I would waste my money, but it was worth it.
