Teddi Mellencamp’s estranged husband Edwin Arroyave is updating fans about how she is doing after a tough brain surgery.
He wrote in his Instagram story: “A lot of people are asking for updates. All I say is that the surgery went well. That said, I have never seen @teddimellencamp in so much pain. She’s finally needed I’m getting a rest. I know she’s so grateful for the pouring of love.”
On February 12, Teddi announced that doctors will be undergoing surgery to discover “multiple tumors” in their brains and remove two, and that “the remaining small tumors will be dealt with via radiation.” I did.

Mellencamp has been urged to seek medical care after “addressing a serious and debilitating headache” for weeks. The pain was so unbearable she had to be hospitalized. After a CT scan and MRI, doctors discovered the tumor.
“Surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses and surgeons, I’m doing what I can to get me back to a better health,” said Teddy, daughter of John Mellencamp and Victoria Granucci. Teddi also posted a photo of herself in the hospital and a video of her shaving hair before surgery.
A few days ago, Mellencamp showed no signs of trouble and celebrated the Super Bowl Ricks weekend at the Madden Bowl in New Orleans.

Over the years, Teddy has been open about her fight with melanoma and shares every step of her journey to bring awareness.
A year ago, Billy Bush of “Extra” spoke with Teddy, who revealed that her melanoma had returned.
She said, “This latest one, when they checked it, they did a bit of biopsy and it came back. I had a wide range of resection surgery again, but then the margins are not clear did.”
At the time, she was shocked that she was “denied because of life insurance.”
