Taraji P. Henson is determined to build a “legacy” for black actresses.
The 53-year-old star, who stars in The Color Purple alongside Fantasia, Danielle Brooks and H.E.R., has always had to fight “tooth and nail” for success, but now she’s starring in The Color Purple She is passionate about supporting generations of black actresses. .
