Tom Stackpole: Okay. That’s a computer. There is internet. I have email. The iPhone came out, and certainly last year we had generative AI. But what do you think, Juan?
Juan Martinez: Well, you mentioned all the technology of the last 50 years, but you didn’t leave me with a choice. So I’m going to steal yours and say iPhone. So having a computer, any application, any website in your pocket at all times is a huge change from what it used to be.
Tom Stackpole: And you don’t have to quit your job, so obviously there’s no downside.
Juan Martinez: If you’re a senior leader, you have to make difficult decisions about implementing technology in your organization.
