More than six months after their breakup, Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello have officially announced their divorce.
In court documents obtained by According to TMZ, the two sides have reached an agreement, but not much else is known.
It probably wasn’t that complicated because premarital sex was taking place.
The prenuptial agreement meant that assets accumulated by each party during their seven-year marriage could be kept separately.
Both Ms. Vergara and Ms. Manganiello waived their rights to spousal support.
