Uncover the identity of a mysterious caller or text message

Instead of answering, “Who is this?” Here’s a hack you can use over and over again. When TikTokker Liz Perez posted it on her channel, she went viral.

If you receive a text from an unknown number, you can name the number using a mobile payment app like Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal.

Copying and pasting the number into the app may reveal the name of the mysterious sender.

Currently, this hack only works if you have an account with one of these mobile payment apps, and the sender must also use their real name and number on the app. But it’s better than shooting in the dark.

Pro tip: Make sure to disable sharing for mobile payment apps your Names and phone numbers of others. The steps vary depending on the app. For example, open Venmo like this: setting, social with friends and switch off Telephone contact information.

Find your car wherever you are

Have you ever walked around a parking lot looking for your car? Google Maps makes it easy and automatic to find your parking spot. Remember this the next time you go to the mall.

For iPhone or Android:

  • open Google Maps app.
  • Tap. blue dot It shows your location.
  • Tap save on parking.

  • The easiest is *67 to hide your landline or mobile number.just punch in Star, 6 and 7, then enter your phone number and you’re done. Callers will see “Private” or “Blocked.” The bad news is that you have to do this on every call.
  • If you want to always hide your number, change this setting on your smartphone. On iPhone, tap setting > phone > Show caller ID.Please switch off. On Android, this option is hide number.
  • You can also ask your carrier to hide your number or use a writing app like Google Voice or Hushed. There is help for setting this up.
