Sioux City, Iowa – Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF) announced the hiring of James Profera as Director of Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA).
With over 15 years of experience in FSQA from Tyson Fresh Meats, James hails from South Sooland, Nebraska, and joined STF.
