Thanks to the success of two seasons of Vinland Saga, the flow of content from Japan to Netflix is expected to grow even more. My Happy Marriage is a Japanese Netflix original anime series. This anime is a light novel by Akumi Agitogi.Hepburn: My happy resolution”.
A manga adaptation of the novel was also published in December 2018. Originally, the Netflix original anime was scheduled to air on October 1 this year. But to the delight of anime fans, Netflix decided to bring the series up almost three months ahead of schedule, starting on July 5, 2023.

My Happy Marriage tells the story of Miyo Saimori, the unhappy child of a loveless political marriage. When her mother dies and her father brings her lover home with her daughter, Miyo becomes her servant. Through her years of abuse, abuse, and insults, she learned to keep her head down and follow every command without protest.
She complied when it came to marrying a cruel military captain who was notorious for getting rid of all potential wives. Miyo prepares for a marriage that is as bad or worse than her own upbringing. Her anxiety is right, her husband Sayaka Kudo also treats her kindly, and a happy and happy married life begins.

Kaito Ishikawa is in charge of the voice of Sayaka Kudo. Mr. Ishikawa is known for his role as Tobio Kageyama in “Haikyu!!”. He played Sakuta Azusagawa in Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai. If you’ve been following the anime for a while, you’ll know that Ishikawa also voices Genos from One Punch Man and Tenya Iida from My Hero Academia.
Miyo Saimori is voiced by Reina Ueda. She is best known for voicing Kanao Kuribanachi from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. She also played the role of Reze in Chainsaw Man.
Hiroshi Shimono is in charge of the role of Yoshito Godo. Shimono is best known for voicing characters such as Zenitsu Agatsuma from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Keima Katsuragi from The World God Only Knows, and Dabi from My Hero Academia.
