Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may host a party at Frogmore Cottage if they decide to attend Prince Charles’ coronation in May.
Columnist Lee Cohen has said the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are about to “stage” the coronation with new photos of their son Archie, who turns four in May, according to express.co.uk.
He said: “It’s a gross petty thing, but Sussex, which no longer has a royal platform, seems to be enjoying every opportunity to stage a royal occasion.
“It’s not that the royal family wants the opportunity to stage the Sussexes’ antics, quite the opposite.”
According to British media, Prince William also fears he’ll take the limelight out of his coronation if Harry and Meghan are invited.
According to reports, William objected to the idea of inviting Harry to the coronation.
Prince Charles believed Harry’s absence was more of a problem than his attendance, and asked Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby to broker a deal between Harry and William to attend the coronation. It is reported.
