Tom Cruise has been one of Hollywood’s biggest names since the 1980s, but as his star power grew, so did his ambitions. He began doing many of his own stunts when he appeared in Action Blockbusters like Top Gun and Mission: Impossible. The star famously performed his own stunts and drove a bike from the mountains of Norway for the 2023 Mission: Impossible – Dead Records Part 1 scene.

That’s not complicated, the cruise reveals that he eats a big breakfast before pulling away the unimaginable jumps and lifts. “I actually eat a large breakfast. The amount of energy it requires – I train so hard for that wing walk. I eat like sausages and almost 12 eggs and bacon and toast and coffee and liquid. Ah, I’m eating!
Tom Cruise is currently preparing for the release of Mission: Impossible – Final Calculation, scheduled to be released on May 23, 2025.
