President Joe Biden’s public statements about the war in Ukraine sound hollow in light of recently leaked intelligence documents. Congress and the American people must demand accountability, truth and no more lies before we are led to another war or something worse.

Unfortunately, the mainstream media has twisted the story of a 21-year-old National Guard officer leaking a completed information product on a gaming internet site. To protect President Joe Biden, they are shortsightedly focused on the leaker, his crimes, rather than the content of the leaked material. But I have to ask if the president is not lying about our role in the war in Ukraine. It can have grave consequences for all of us.

The fact is that historically presidents have lied to the American public about war. In 1940, President Franklin D. Roosevelt lied to Americans, saying, “Your children will not be sent to war in a foreign country.” Besides, we were providing deadly aid to Britain at the time, and after Japan attacked Pearl Harbor in December 1941, we went to war.

President Lyndon B. Johnson lied about the threat North Vietnamese pose to maintain political power. In 1964, Johnson told a campaign audience in Akron, Ohio, “to send the boys of America 9,000 or 10,000 miles from home to do what the boys of Asia should do for themselves.” I am not planning to send them to the United States,” he said.

Then, after being elected, the LBJ sent U.S. combat troops into the jungles of Vietnam, lied to the American public about attacks on U.S. forces in the Gulf of Tonkin, and eventually killed half a million men before withdrawing in 1975. staffed. The cost of the lives of over 58,000 Americans.

President George W. Bush lied about why we invaded Iraq to eliminate weapons of mass destruction. Before the war, CIA Director George Tenet warned Bush that he would not use sketchy information about Iraq. Bush knew that Saddam Hussein no longer had weapons of mass destruction, but the president misled the American public, and after the 2003 invasion, officials said Iraq had been killed years before. I have confirmed that I have abandoned the program.

Other presidents in our history have lied to Americans about the war: James Polk wanted to add Texas as another slave state so that Mexico would invade America and lead to the Mexican-American War. I lied that I was connected. William McKinley lied that Spain blew up the USS Main warship in Havana harbor leading to the Spanish-American War.

President Biden may be lying about our role in the Ukraine war, just as past presidents have lied. Indeed, some of the leaked information suggests that the war in Ukraine isn’t going as smoothly as Biden and his administration suggested.

Unfortunately, Biden’s defense in the mainstream media is focused on leakers. It’s really just a small part of the wider story. If the young airman who was actually arrested was found guilty of leaking, he would pay the price. But the real story is the content of the materials shared on the internet. Does it tell a different story than what the Biden administration told the American people? Is President Biden lying to the American people? If so, why?

The fact is that many, if not most, of the products shared about the Ukraine war are finished intelligence reports that paint a very different picture than what the Biden administration broadcasts.

We should ask: what is the truth? Is America more directly involved in the Ukraine war than previously reported? Are US forces fighting Russian forces? Is the Biden administration deliberately depleting its arsenal in favor of China? Can Ukraine really win the war against giant Russia?

my point is simple. The story of a young airman leaking a finished information product is serious. The Department of Defense will address that issue to protect our methods and sources. But the more important question is whether President Biden and his agents are telling the American public the truth about the war in Ukraine. At the end of the day Biden, besides acknowledging that we are helping to protect Ukraine’s “democracy” and prevent the Russians from swallowing more Europe I never explained it.

Last year, President Biden calmly promised at the NATO summit that “we will stick with Ukraine … to make sure they don’t actually lose … unless they lose to Russia.” It sounds like LBJ and the Vietnam War.

Leaked intelligence documents ring alarm bells about America’s role in the Ukraine war. It is a thing of the past to exchange opinions with the American public about whether there is.
