Rogue Creamery: Rogue River Blue Cheese
rogue creamery has announced the availability of the 2024 vintage of its World Championship-winning Rogue River Blue Cheese.
Rogue River Blue is a seasonal product from the cheesemaker that is released each year on the Spring Equinox. Made with milk collected from Rogue Creamery cows in southern Oregon in the fall, the cheese is aged for 9 to 11 months before being made with locally harvested, biodynamically grown Troon Vineyard milk. Hand wrapped in grape leaves soaked in pear spirit. Rogue River Blue also has a flavor that evolves with age, starting with a bright, mild, and tangy taste that develops with aromas of fermented fruit and flavors and umami as it ages.

This new development is part of the Yellowway Partnership, which combines cutting-edge scientific research and advanced breeding techniques to create resilient banana varieties.
