Teddi Mellencamp is providing fans with the latest updates after undergoing brain surgery.

She continued. “The laughter, support and patience of my children, my family and my close friends are gifts that words cannot properly express my gratitude.”

Mellencamp added: I saw them and they definitely help me stay strong. ”
She included photos of herself and brain x-rays in the hospital.

Shortly after the surgery, her estranged husband, Edwin Aroyabe, wrote in her Instagram story: All I say now is that the surgery went well. That said, I have never seen @teddimellencamp in so much pain. She is finally getting the rest she needs. I know she is very grateful for the pouring of love. ”

On February 12, Teddi announced that doctors would be undergoing surgery to discover “multiple tumors” in their brains and remove two, and that “the remaining small tumors will be dealt with via radiation.”
Mellencamp has been urged to seek medical care after “addressing a serious and debilitating headache” for weeks. The pain was so unbearable she had to be hospitalized. After a CT scan and MRI, doctors discovered the tumor.
“I am blessed to be surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses and surgeons to do what I can to bring me back to a better health. I am grateful to everyone who reached out and to everyone who supported me along this journey,” said Teddy, daughter of John Mellencamp and Victoria Granucci.
Over the years, Teddy has been open about her fight with melanoma and shares every step of her journey to bring awareness.
A year ago, Billy Bush of “Extra” spoke with Teddy, who revealed that her melanoma had returned.
She said, “This latest one, when they checked it, they did a bit of biopsy and it came back. I had a wide range of resection surgery again, but then the margins were not clear.”
At the time, she was shocked that she was “denied because of life insurance.”
