The Loudoun First Responder Foundation (LFRF) will donate all funds raised since February 16th to a fund established for the 11 injured firefighters and the deceased 45-year-old volunteer, Trevor Brown. did. A few days before Mr. Brown’s funeral, LFRF hosted a fish fry in Leesburg Friday night, sponsored by Fleur de Cuisine.
“No matter what situation they’re going through, we can help ease their pain through this difficult time,” said Mike Riley, an investigator with the Loudoun County Fire and Rescue Department. .
Mr. Riley attended the event with many first responders from LCFR and other agencies, as well as political leaders. Loudoun County Board Chair Phyllis Randall spoke to the crowd at the beginning of the evening.
“We’ve helped first responders with medical bills, mortgages, everything they need and the financial support they need right now,” said Tina Johnson, president of the Loudoun First Responder Foundation. Ta. “That’s what we need to do.”
Nathalie Ramos, CEO and founder of Fleur de Cuisine, said she also catered Brown’s funeral. She described the night as “emotional.”

Riley said volunteer Brian Diamond is the only firefighter injured in the explosion who is still hospitalized. He will remain in the burn unit and be hospitalized for another month, Johnson said.
