Kris Jenner, 68, broke down in tears during the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians as she told her family that she would have to have her ovaries removed.
The emotional moment occurred while she was having dinner with her boyfriend Corey Gamble and daughters Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner.
“I just want to let you all know… I went to the doctor and got checked out and they found a cyst and a small tumor on my ovary which is really emotional,” Chris shared.

She went on to say that doctors had recommended she have her ovaries removed, telling her family, “It’s a very emotional moment because my ovaries have served you. All my children were conceived and developed in my belly, so this is a very sacred place to me.”
“Listen, if I can get through a hip replacement, I can get through this,” Mamadja insisted, explaining that she isn’t “anxious” about the surgery.
Instead, she said she felt the weight of getting older and that “a chapter has closed.”
Kim was very understanding, saying she felt “really sad” for her mother, but then lightened the mood by suggesting a “Goodbye Ovaries” party.

Her boyfriend, Corey, brought her a gift, saying, “I don’t want you to be sad.” As he presented her with a black fur coat, he said, “I want you to get me a gift because I think you’re going to cry at least 15 more times.”
Jenner told her family, “I’m OK… because of you guys. People always ask me what the best job I’ve ever had is and I always say, ‘Being a mom.’ The greatest joy of my life has been giving birth to my six beautiful children.”
