Drive-Up Oil Change Services, like those offered by Walmart and Valvoline, is a convenient way for drivers to get regular car maintenance without having to schedule advance plans. But one Walmart auto care worker says one Nissan Sentra driver has overcomplicated the process.

In the video with over 27,000 viewings, the automotive caregiver Skylouieeee (@skylouieeeeee) He says he was checking the line of the car outside, waiting for an oil change when the man approached him.
What were the unusual customer demands?
“He said he needed to change oil, so I started writing him on my tablet,” he explains. “I asked him, “Where is your car?”
The man tells him he’s driving a 2017 Nissan Sentra. However, he does not tell the car care workers where the car is.
“We still need to put it [the car] Inside the line you can put you for an oil change,” he tells the man. “This guy looked at me with a straight face and was like, ‘I don’t have a car with me at this point.” ”
Automotive care workers explain that year, manufacturing and model are not enough information to check your car for oil changes.
“You need to read the odometer. You need to get a Vin. You need everything about the car before you do an oil change,” he says.
He said the man pushed back, and insisted that all he needed to tell workers was the year, the making and model.
“I told him that he had to bring his car right now, that I would have to check him in or that I would have to come back later,” he explains.
However, the man pushes back again, claiming that the workers can start changing the oil “now.”
“He says, ‘Well don’t start [the other cars] Until I get my car here,” he cried. “Why didn’t you bring your car in the first place?”
What do you think of the other drivers?
In the comments, other drivers wonder why customers are asking for oil changes without having to use the car.
“How does he expect you to work in a car that isn’t even there? Teleport an oil change? One joke.
“No matter the G, you still need to have the car physically present,” another writes.
“I don’t doubt your experience with such customers, but there’s no way this person didn’t know there was a need to have a car in existence,” says the third person.
Others say that worker experience is typical of customer service jobs. They pointed to a series of Tikt Car stories about meeting Walmart customers. Daily Dot previously reported on some of Skylouieeee’s videos. This includes the narration of one woman who purchased the bike without a reliable way to transport it from the store.
“They always do things intentionally lol,” the viewers wrote.
“Customers never surprise me,” says another.
“People just love to piss us off at work,” laments the third person.
