Once you’ve seen how Google tracks all your movements and location, consider turning this feature off. If you have an iPhone or Android, Check your location history Via Google Account:

There are several ways to stop location tracking on your iPhone.
Start with these steps:
- your Settings app
- scroll down and click Privacy and security
- select location services
- switch off location services
- Then go back by pressing return Tap the top left button, then location services and choose Share your location
- erase Share your location Toggle off if you don’t want to share with your contacts
